What’s involved?
- Enrol with Teaching Personnel and Best Practice Network (BPN) and begin with a comprehensive induction.
- Over the course of almost a full academic year you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a primary school setting in Salisbury.
- Following this, you will move on to a 3‑month fast‑track HLTA qualification to advance your professional journey.
