A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Salford is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a dedicated, proactive, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role within the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
  • Assisting with the planning, delivery, and review of lessons
  • Helping to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL
  • Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development. Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting, is required. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
