Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive and specialist setting in Salford from September on a full‑time basis. This well‑resourced school supports pupils aged 11–16 with a range of special educational needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs. The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with diverse learning profiles and promote independence
- Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support development
- Promote social, emotional, and behavioural growth
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
