Teaching Personnel is recruiting an Alternative Provision Teacher for a specialist primary school in Salford supporting pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, attachment needs, and behavioural difficulties.
Many students have experienced barriers within mainstream education and benefit from smaller class sizes, personalised learning, and strong support networks.
We are looking for a teacher who can build trust, motivate students, and create positive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies.
