Are you a qualified teacher based in and around the Romsey area? We are working with a number of lovely, supportive primary schools across Romsey, including schools with strong SEN-focused environments and inclusive learning communities. This role is ideal for teachers seeking short‑term or long‑term work, a healthy work‑life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality teaching for day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term supply assignments
- Delivering pre‑planned lessons while adapting to the individual needs of pupils, including those with additional needs
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs and support teams
Qualifications
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2
- A nurturing, adaptable and positive approach to teaching
- Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs and SEN requirements
- A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
