Teaching Personnel is recruiting for full-time Pastoral Support Workers to assist young people with additional needs in SEN settings around Romsey. The role focuses on supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour, both inside and outside the classroom, with small class sizes and close teamwork with teachers and pastoral staff.

You will provide 1:1 mentoring, help students develop routines and resilience, and contribute to a calm, supportive learning environment during the 8:30am–4:30pm schedule.
