We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Performing Arts Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Rochdale. The successful candidate will have experience working in UK schools and a strong background in Performing Arts. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire students to develop their confidence, creativity and performance skills. The Role Plan and deliver engaging Performing Arts lessons across the secondary age range. Teach areas such as Drama, Theatre, Performance and/or Dance, depending on experience. Develop students' practical performance and theoretical knowledge. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities. Prepare students for performances, assessments and examinations where required. Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school. Encourage students to develop confidence, creativity and self-expression. Contribute to the wider Performing Arts life of the school, including productions and extracurricular activities.
