As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work that has been set and maintaining a positive learning environment. We are looking for individuals who: Have strong communication and classroom management skills Are confident working with young people aged 11-16 Can adapt to different school environments Are reliable, professional and enthusiastic Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential.
