Job Description
- Provide high-quality 1:1 support to a pupil with specific SEN needs
- Assist with classroom activities, behaviour regulation, and personal development
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
- Track progress and relay updates to staff and parents
Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, or Speech & Language needs
- Patient, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident supporting learning in different contexts
- Level 2/3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
