The Role

  • Providing classroom support across different age groups and needs
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups with pupils with SEND
  • Supporting pupils with learning, communication, and emotional regulation
  • Assisting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Adapting to different classroom settings and daily requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with SEN children or vulnerable young people is desirable
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt quickly
  • Calm, patient, and supportive nature
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, or support work welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
