We are seeking skilled SEN Teachers to work with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, physical disabilities, and complex communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with complex learning, communication, and sensory needs
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
- Contribute to EHCP targets and monitor student progress
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all learners
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service – essential
- Experience working with complex SEN needs is highly desirable
