We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a friendly and nurturing SEN school in Ringwood. Our school provides specialist support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other communication and interaction needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The role:
- Supporting students in the classroom, under the guidance of teachers
- Assisting with individual learning plans and tailored interventions
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Encouraging students’ independence and confidence
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
- Is patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
