An ambitious and inclusive secondary academy in Northamptonshire is seeking to appoint a committed and resilient RESET Lead to oversee and develop its internal RESET provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastoral, behaviour or inclusion professional who is passionate about supporting young people to succeed both academically and personally. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the RESET provision promotes positive behaviour, strong attendance, meaningful reflection and successful reintegration into learning.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the RESET provision
- Promote high standards of behaviour, conduct and engagement
- Support students to reflect on behaviours and make positive choices
- Ensure students continue to access learning and curriculum continuity whilst in RESET
- Work closely with pastoral teams, parents and teaching staff to improve outcomes
- Monitor behaviour trends and implement targeted interventions
- Support and coach RESET colleagues to maintain a calm, purposeful environment
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to data analysis
