We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant in Redhill, Surrey to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning. You’ll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom
