We are seeking a dedicated and patient SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil in a primary school in Redcar who is currently working at an EYFS academic level. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support, adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's needs, and help promote engagement, progress, and confidence in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Relevant TA qualification desirable but not essential
