We are excited to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redcar who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering a positive classroom environment, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching KS2 pupils
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Be passionate about supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to continuous professional development
