Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Redcar, supporting children within Nursery and Reception settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments while making a positive impact on children's early development.
The Role:
- Support children within Nursery and Reception classes
- Assist with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities
- Promote children's social, emotional, and educational development
- Support pupils with learning through play and structured activities
- Work closely with class teachers and Early Years staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- A recognised Early Years qualification is essential
- Previous experience working with young children in an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
