Secretarial and Administration
£13.75 - £15 Per hour
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to operate office equipment such as a multi-line phone system
- Basic understanding of data entry and record keeping
- Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with appointment scheduling software
This role involves working in a professional office environment, interacting with visitors and staff members regularly.
