Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support fantastic SEN schools across: Reading, Newbury, Woodley, Wokingham, and Bracknell.
Teaching Assistants (TA) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) are needed. Start Date: Immediate starts available following vetting clearance. Contract Types: Long-term, short-term, supply, and permanent positions available.
You’ll be part of a specialist, nurturing environment where children and young people are empowered to reach their full potential. These schools support students with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and associated behavioural needs
- Sensory processing difficulties
Working alongside experienced educators, therapists, behaviour specialists, and families, you’ll play a vital role in helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
