The Role

  • Teach Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
  • Contribute to the wider Science department and school community.
  • Support students in achieving their full academic potential.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching Physics within a UK secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Is committed to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
  • Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
