Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm and supportive primary school in Radcliffe, who are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to make a real difference during a vital stage of children’s development.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading an EYFS class, delivering engaging, play-based and well-structured learning experiences that support pupils across all areas of the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will be confident in early years practice, able to foster a positive and inspiring learning environment, and committed to helping every child thrive.

Subject to availability, the school has expressed a preference for the appointed teacher to support transition mornings and/or afternoons towards the end of the summer term, working with the incoming cohort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, stimulating lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting provision as required
  • Provide targeted support to children with varying abilities and needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, including SEN and early years staff
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching within Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and continuous provision
  • Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
  • Paediatric First Aid training (preferred)
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
