- Working in smaller class groups (typically 5–8 pupils) and occasionally supporting on a 1:1 basis.

The school supports learners aged 3–11 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), PMLD, and physical disabilities. What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology or a Social Science discipline.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (we can guide you through this).
- Registration with the EWC (we can help with this too).
- No teaching qualifications required.
- Previous SEN experience is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm, empathy and a willingness to learn are key.
- Ability to remain calm, patient and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations.
