The Role:
- Working closely with pupils and assisting in their learning
- Building trusting relationships with students, to promote progress and wellbeing
- Communicate effectively with teachers of any student concerns
Requirements of the Role:
- Psychology Degree
- A compassionate approach to working with children
- Previous experience supporting young people (desirable, but not essential)
