We\'re recruiting enthusiastic and empathetic graduates to join our network of SEN schools and mainstream provisions across Surrey, supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and trauma-related behaviours.

The Role:
Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to support behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
Help implement strategies developed by SENCOs, teachers, and therapists
Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
Support students in managing transitions, routines, and social skills
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
What We\'re Looking For:
A degree in Psychology (or related field)
Genuine interest in working with children with SEN and behavioural needs
Patience, resilience, and a calm approach under pressure
Previous experience working with children (in any setting) is desirable but not essential
Commitment to working at least 3 days per week (term-time only)
