Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to take on a full-time Teaching Assistant role in a well-regarded Special Educational Needs (SEN) primary school located in the Coventry area. This inclusive school caters for pupils aged 4 to 16 with a diverse range of needs including autism, social and emotional challenges, and learning difficulties.
About the Role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Supporting children with additional needs, including aspects of personal care
- Collaborating with experienced staff to provide a nurturing and structured environment
This opportunity is ideal for a Psychology graduate looking to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and build a foundation for a future in education, clinical work, or child psychology.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology or related discipline (or relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teaching staff with the planning and delivery of lessons
- Leading small group interventions

- Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to teaching staff
