About the Role: In this position, you will be working directly with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individual students in their daily routines
- Engaging them throughout the school day to help achieve specific learning objectives
- Assisting in identifying triggers and employing effective de-escalation tactics when required
- Regularly reporting on pupils' behaviours and achievements
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Holds a pending or qualified degree in Psychology or Criminology
- Possesses excellent behaviour management skills
- Has strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping others
- Is open to training in Team Teach and Manual Handling
