We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous SEN experience OR a background in support work/care
- Is confident and happy supporting with personal care
- Is patient, compassionate and resilient
- Enjoys building positive relationships with young people
- Is ready to get stuck in and make a difference!
No two days will be the same – you’ll be supporting young people with complex needs, helping them develop their confidence, independence and life skills while being part of a supportive school team.
