Primary Teaching Assistant - BS34

Location: BS34, South Gloucestershire
Pay: £92 - £105 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (term time only)

Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual looking to make a positive impact in education? We are currently seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils in welcoming and inclusive primary schools in BS34 and surrounds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about helping young learners achieve their full potential.

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Helping to create a positive and safe learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, tutoring, coaching, or similar)
• A positive and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
