Our supply teaching agency is currently looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Swansea area. We are committed to providing exceptional support to both students and schools, and we need someone enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to get involved in helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the classroom teacher with daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Support students with their learning and development, including those with additional needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and focused.
- Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Work alongside the teacher to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students to learn and grow.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (ideally in an educational setting).
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting students and the teaching team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage students and work effectively with staff.
