Year 3 Teacher – Full Time – december 2025 maternity cover Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis. The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class. You will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3 Strong classroom management and organisational skills A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching A proactive and reflective attitude to professional development What We Offer: Competitive weekly pay via PAYE or umbrella options Access to CPD and training through Teaching Personnel A personal consultant to support you throughout your placement Opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school environment Potential for a long-term or permanent position Location: Hillingdon, West London – easily accessible via public transport and with onsite parking available.
