Job Title:Supply Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
Location:Doncaster
Salary:£90-100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type:Supply / Temporary

We are looking for a caring, flexible, and enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You’ll be supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping them to access the curriculum and develop their social and emotional skills.

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.

  • Assist in the delivery of individual learning plans.

  • Support classroom activities and interventions under teacher direction.

  • Help to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff.

  • Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

  • Good communication skills with pupils and adults alike.

  • Ability to work flexibly across different age groups.

  • Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) desirable.

  • A welcoming and supportive staff team.
