- We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic
- Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in
Cotham(BS6) from September. You'll support children with additional learning needs, including
Autism (ASC), ADHD, and communication difficulties , helping them thrive both academically and socially.
Whether you have experience in education, care, youth work, sports coaching, psychology, or support work , we'd love to hear from you.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Help pupils engage with learning and classroom activities
- Support positive behaviour, wellbeing, and confidence
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Patient, caring, and resilient
- Passionate about supporting children
- Experience working with young people (desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
- Paid weekly
