Cambridgeshire Teaching Personnel are working closely with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Cambridgeshire (CB1 - CB5) to recruit fully qualified teachers seeking full-time and part-time roles. We do also have positions for those seeking daily supply or ad hoc work - work when you wish with our handy availability calendar found within your MyTP app!

We are supporting schools with both short-term and long-term staffing needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. These roles are ideal for teachers looking for consistent work, career progression, or the opportunity to secure a longer-term or permanent position within a school.

A full UK driving licence is desirable due to the range of school locations, but not essential. QTS is non-negotiable.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher working through Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
