A welcoming and inclusive primary school within the M25 area is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a confident, experienced, and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide full-time classroom cover across Key Stage 1. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity, ideal for a proactive HLTA who is passionate about supporting high-quality teaching and learning while making a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.
About the Role
As an HLTA, you will take on a key role in supporting learning across KS1, including:
- Leading whole-class sessions in the absence of the class teacher
- Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons with confidence
- Supporting positive behaviour management and maintaining a structured classroom environment
- Adapting and differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Collaborating closely with teaching staff and following school policies and expectations

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
