We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to provide temporary cover at a secondary school in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Replenishing cleaning supplies where required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, short-term work within a school environment. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
