About the Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 3–4 within a nurturing Nursery environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children’s learning through play-based activities
  • Assisting with small-group work and 1:1 support where required
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging early years setting
  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
  • Supporting the development of children’s communication, social and emotional skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children in an early year’s setting is essential
  • Early Years qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Childcare or EYFS) are desirable but not essential
