Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver appropriate and engaging lessons to a class of Nursery or Reception pupils in line with the school and National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the personal growth of every pupil.
- Provide clear, accurate, and constructive feedback to colleagues to promote ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Build strong, effective relationships by liaising confidently with parents and external agencies.
- Monitor and assess pupilsâ progress regularly, identify areas for development, and implement targeted strategies to help them achieve their goals.
