We are delighted to be recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and well-established nursery setting in Oxton, known for its welcoming atmosphere, high-quality early years provision, and dedicated staff team.

As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–5, working closely with room leaders and practitioners to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Supporting planned activities across the EYFS curriculum, including communication and language, early literacy, and numeracy
- Facilitating play-based, child-led learning both indoors and outdoors
- Building positive, nurturing relationships with children to support their emotional and social development
- Observing, assessing, and contributing to children’s learning journals
- Supporting children with personal care routines where required
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Working in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure consistent care and development
A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A warm, caring, and patient nature with a genuine love for working with young children
A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice
