We are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors based in and around Stockport to support a range of secondary schools on a day-to-day supply basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, happy to receive morning calls, and keen to gain experience working across different school environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when teaching staff are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting pupils with their work where appropriate
- Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom settings
Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals based in Stockport or able to travel locally
- Available for day-to-day work, including bookings on short notice
- Comfortable with early morning calls
- Confident working with secondary school students
- Previous experience working with young people (tutoring, coaching, youth work) or as a cover supervisor
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
