We are looking for a General Cover Teacher to join our SEMH schools, supporting pupils who may have social, emotional and mental health needs. As a General Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

Provide consistent, supportive classroom management.

Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.

Adapt your approach to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.

Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment.

Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and school leaders.

Encourage pupils to develop confidence, resilience and independence.

Support the wider life of the school when required.
