You will begin your journey working in a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, where you will gain valuable insight into day-to-day school life. In this role, you will:
- Lead lessons using materials already prepared by teaching staff

- Manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams to support student development
This stage is designed to build your confidence—there is no requirement for lesson planning or marking.
Your Second Year: Teacher Training

- Train towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
