We are currently recruiting for a full-time Nursery Practitioner / TA to join a friendly and supportive school setting in Poole, working within a nursery environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to make a real difference to their learning, development and wellbeing.
The Role
You will be working as part of a supportive nursery team, helping to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with their learning and development.
- Helping deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Providing support with daily nursery routines.
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with children.
- Supporting individual children where additional guidance may be needed.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a welcoming environment.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure children receive the best possible support.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children in a nursery, early years or school setting.
- Is caring, patient and enthusiastic.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
- Is confident working as part of a team.
- Is reliable, professional and proactive.
- Has a good understanding of safeguarding.
- Is available to work full-time and start ASAP.
Pay & Hours
£92.63 per day
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 6.5-hour working day
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- £92.63 daily rate
- Paid weekly in arrears
- ASAP start
