We are looking for a compassionate and motivated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school setting in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young children with special educational needs develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, you will provide dedicated support to pupils with additional needs, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
  • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and outside agencies where required

Experience working with EYFS children or pupils with SEN is preferred.

A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice is essential.
