Could You Make a Difference to a Child Every Day?

We are looking for a kind, patient and dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly infant school community in Poole. This is a unique opportunity to support a wonderful child in Year 1 on a one-to-one basis. The child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and requires consistent support throughout the school day to help them access learning, build confidence, develop friendships and enjoy all aspects of school life. We know that the right person can make an enormous difference to a child's experience of school. If you are nurturing, enthusiastic and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning, we would love to hear from you.

What Will the Role Involve?

  • You will work closely with the child, class teacher, SENDCo and family to provide tailored support that enables the child to flourish both academically and socially.
