Teaching Assistant - Primary School
NP4 Area Β£92.63 per day Start Date: October 2026

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within a range of welcoming Primary Schools across the NP4 area from October 2026.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting class teachers with daily classroom activities.
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning.
- Providing additional support for children with varying learning needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
We Are Looking For
- Experience working with children in an educational, childcare or similar setting.
- A positive, proactive and nurturing attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
