Teaching Personnel is seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom.
The Role:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
