We’re currently working with schools who are looking for caring and committed Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them reach their full potential.
The role includes:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
- Supporting students with SEN, including additional learning or behavioural needs
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
