We are currently supporting a range of secondary schools across Plymouth and the surrounding areas who are looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join them from September on a supply, short-term, and long-term basis. This is a great opportunity for ECTs who are looking to build confidence in the classroom, gain valuable experience across different schools, and develop a strong understanding of the local education landscape before securing a permanent role.

The Role:

  • Secondary teaching across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism considered)
  • Flexible supply, short-term, and long-term placements available
  • Full class responsibility where appropriate or supported cover roles
  • Opportunities to work in a variety of school settings across the region

Working Pattern:

  • Term time only
  • Flexible placements to suit your availability
