Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across the Taunton area to recruit an energetic and committed PE Teacher. This role is ideal for a PE specialist who is passionate about promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive wellbeing among young people.

The Role:

  • Teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Delivering engaging, inclusive PE lessons across a range of sports and activities

  • Encouraging participation, confidence, and healthy lifestyles

  • Managing behaviour effectively in practical learning environments

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or is working towards QTS

  • Has strong subject knowledge in Physical Education

  • Is confident delivering practical lessons and managing groups

  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Is committed to inclusive and high-quality teaching
