Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join SEN/SEMH schools in Chorley from September 2026.

You will support pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and behavioural challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

As part of the pastoral team, you will build positive relationships, support emotional wellbeing, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver targeted support and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
